Most of the retail terms and conditions also apply to wholesale accounts. The special terms and conditions below supplement and/or override our retail terms and conditions for wholesale customers purchasing our our products.

1. Minimum Orders - Our minimum order amount is $150.00. There are also per item minimums as follows:
   Vibrational Healing Throw Blankets - 3 blanket minimum per order
   Buddhaful Jewelry - $100 in jewelry minimum per order. Orders are made by hand especially for your store once the order is received, so please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
   
   
2. Wholesale Pricing - when logged in to our secure wholesale website, you will automatically receive the wholesale pricing for each item. Large quantity orders of an individual item and/or large quantity orders of multiple items may be subject to further discounting. Please contact us before submitting a large quantity order to find out if further discounting applies.
3. Printing - for fine art Giclee prints, these are printed on demand. Please allow 7-10 business days from date of order for printing.
4. Shipping - most items have shipping automatically calculated. However, some items (i.e. Paul Heussenstamm art prints) bill for shipping seperately once the item is ready (this is so you are only charged for the actual shipping of your print, instead of estimating up to cover fluctuations.. Items where shipping is billed seperately are labeled as such and we will contact you with the exact shipping amount once it's ready. The item will be shipped once shipping payment is received.
5. Payment - Because orders require an upfront production cost for artists, all orders must be prepaid via PayPal, Credit Card, Check or Money Order. Orders are released only once payment has been received unless other arrangements have been made in advance with Buddhafuls.
6. Taxes - in order to comply with IRS requirements, we require a copy of your tax id or resale certificate to be on file with us. You may fax it to us at 1-484-204-3572 or mail it to us at the address found at the bottom of this page. If we do not have this on file at the time of order placement/fulfillment, we will have to charge sales tax for all wholesale orders shipped to addresses within the state of Hawaii.
