We want you to love our art and products as much as you love working with us. We take great care in providing a quality prints and products that you will enjoy.

Unique Gifts Policy (Does not apply to fine art prints)

If you receive your products and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know within 30 days and we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, you may ship your item(s) back to us for a refund of your original purchase price. Please note the following in regards to our return policy:

• Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Product(s) must be in the same condition as was/were received in order to receive full credit.
• Any returned product(s) must be a accompanied by an RMR# (Returned Merchandise Request Number). Please contact our office either via email, fax or phone to receive your RMR# and be sure to include your RMR# with your return shipment.
• Any products(s) that are being returned for exchange must be accompanied by an EMR# (Exchange Merchandise Request Number). Please contact our office either via email, fax or phone to receive your EMR# and be sure to include your EMR# with your return shipment.
• We recommend that you fully insure any products(s) that you return for your own protection.
• All product(s) will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was received.
• Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you received your item and it was damaged during delivery, PLEASE HOLD ON TO THE ITEM AND ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, including shipping box, and let us know within 10 days. We will notify our shipping agent and a call tag may be issued. You may need to provide the original packaging and damaged items as a part of the insurance claim process. Once the claim has been settled, a new product will be provided to you.

Art Prints Policy

Because art prints are printed on demand when ordered, and there is a significant up-front cost involved for the artist, we only allow returns and/or exchanges for damaged/faulty items. If you receive your art print and it was damaged during delivery, PLEASE HOLD ON TO THE ITEM AND ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, including shipping box, and let us know within 10 days. Online Ordering

All online purchases are handled securely and payments are processed by PayPal, the global leader in online payments. In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order and payment. Orders placed after 12 PM HST on Fridays are generally shipped the following Monday. If you are not comfortable placing an order online, we also offer phone ordering and order by fax.

• In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of successful deposit of funds. Please note that banks may delay the availability of funds for payments made by check.
• Any returned check is subject to a $30 return check fee.

Phone/Fax/Mail Order Disclosure : Orders that are paid by check are subject to delay to allow time for checks to clear. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear. Orders paid by money order will normally be shipped the same day we receive them. Please be sure to have checks and money orders drawn up on U.S. funds. We do not accept currency other than US currency. Because there may be a time lag between when the order is placed and when the payment is cleared in our account, items that were in stock at the time of order placement, may become unavailable when time comes to ship the order. Should this happen, we will notify you and will ship your item as soon as it becomes available again.

 

Our primary method for shipping is USPS Priority and Express Mail . We have found these to be the most economical, reliable and best value for shipping. However, due to size and shape restrictions, other methods may be used..

• Within the U.S. , please allow three to five business days* for delivery from the day we ship.
• Outside the U.S. , please allow anywhere from seven to twenty-one days*.

Please also note that certain items (i.e., Paul Heussenstamm Art Prints) bill for shipping after your order is submit. So, you submit your order for the item, we produce the print and once the print is completed then we determine the shipping amount and bill you. This is done in an effort to give you the best possible shipping rate, as opposed to charging a larger amount automatically for each print to cover any fluctuations that may occur. By charging for the actual shipping cost, you save money.

Shipping Disclosure : Should you wish to rush your delivery, please feel free to contact us before or immediately after placing your order. Because we try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, any request for rush delivery received more than 12 hours after receipt of your order may not be possible as your item may already have been shipped.

 

Art Prints Cancellation Policy

Because art prints are printed on demand once your order is submit, we can not guarantee that we'll be able to cancel you order. If you decide to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of order submission. If the print has not already gone to print, we will cancel your order. However, if the order has already gone to print, we can not cancel the order.

Unique Gifts Cancellation Policy

Because we try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, please follow the below procedure for cancellation.

• Please contact us immediately upon your decision to cancel (within 12 hours of order submission)
• We will respond by the next business day to let you know whether or not your item has already printed/shipped.
• If your item has not already shipped, your order will be cancelled and your purchase amount refunded within 48 hours minus a 3% restocking fee.
• If your item has already shipped, simply return the merchandise upon receipt and upon our receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued minus the shipping charges and minus the 3% restocking fee.
